Troy is a Founding Partner of Corporate Symphony International, with 12 years experience as an Executive Coach.  Troy holds an M.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business and in addition to courses from CTI and Corporate Coach U, completed the Graduate level Executive Coach program at Royal Roads University.  Troy is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), the ICF’s highest designation.

In addition, Troy holds a degree in International Relations from the University of BC and was a Rotary Foundation Ambassador to Australia, where he completed a Graduate Degree in International Law from Australian National University.
 
Troy developed his specialization in management and human performance at the Richard Ivey School of Business. The Ivey MBA created an opportunity for Troy to work with Executive Development Services (EDS), leading management and leadership training workshops with Fortune 1000 companies across North America.
